NORINCO dispatched a delegation to participate in Eurosatory 2010 held in Villepinte Exhibition & Convention Centre in the northern outskirt of Paris, France on June 14-18.

Eurosatory, a biennial exhibition created in 1992, is one of the first-class integrated army equipment exhibitions in the world. This year, the exhibition attracted a total of 1,331 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and regions, 108 official delegations and tens of thousands of visitors. In the context of current anti-terrorist operations, ground vehicles with high protection capacity and mobility became a highlight at Eurosatory.

This is the first time for NORINCO to participate in Eurosatory, which has drawn much public attention. CCTV and Xinhua News Agency interviewed the exhibition staff of NORINCO, and made positive coverage about the company timely via CCTV, Reference News and other official media. The NORINCO team fulfilled their task at the exhibition and achieved good results through concerted efforts. They extensively communicated with old and new customers, introduced new products of the company in depth, and got insights into customer intent to cooperation. During the exhibition, in addition to foreign clients, NORINCO also received more than 200 representatives from the Chinese embassy in France, the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, the PLA General Armament Department, China North Industries Group Corporation and other Chinese defense companies, which furthered communication and enhanced friendship and affection.
