NORINCO at the International Defense Exhibition in Pakistan (IDEAS2004)
September 14 – 17, 2004, NORINCO took part in
the third Asian International Defense Exhibition
in Pakistan. 154 companies from 38 countries participated
in this exhibition which has a larger scale than
the previous session. Among them, there were over
120 defense enterprises, some renowned defense
enterprises from the United States, Great Britain
and France showed up for the first time. NORINCO's
major products, Main Battle Tank MBT2000, 155mm
Self-propelled Gun Howitzer System, Red Arrow
9A Antitank Missile System, and 122mm multiple
Launch Rocket System Type 90B attracted the participants'
attention. Our Main Battle Tank MBT2000 performed
a live demonstration, impressing the guests with
its advanced fire control system, good maneuverability
and fine protective performance.
